What students say
“I had no idea how much your major could affect your chances at different UCs. The admissions data helped me look at my college list more realistically instead of just guessing. I wish I'd found this guide sooner.”
“The UC GPA breakdown and PIQ tips were honestly the most helpful parts for me. There's so much conflicting advice online, but this guide made everything easier to understand. I felt a lot more prepared when I submitted my application.”
“My daughter and I were overwhelmed by all the UC requirements and deadlines. Having the actual admissions numbers, checklists, and worksheets in one place made the process so much easier to manage. Definitely worth the money.”

Questions
I've already started my application. Is it too late?
No. The parts seniors need most are built for the weeks before November 30: admit rates for every campus, which campuses consider an alternate major, the list builder, and the PIQ brainstorm. Read those sections first.
I'm a junior. Is it useful yet?
Yes. The A-G tracker, the UC GPA rules and the grade 9-12 roadmap are there to plan your next year, and the activities and passion project worksheets give you time to build something real.
Will it tell me my chances of getting in?
No. Admit rates describe groups of applicants, not any one student. The guide shows you where the odds are higher or lower, so you can build a balanced list and a stronger application.
What do I get?
A 39-page PDF in US Letter size. It reads fine on a phone, and the worksheets are made to be printed.
Where do the numbers come from?
From the University of California itself: the UC Office of the President's admissions and application tables, UC's admissions website, UC's counselor guide, and each campus's own admissions pages. Every number has its year next to it, and the sources are listed at the back.
Is Big College Data part of the University of California?
No. Big College Data is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the University of California.
