Why we don't offer refunds
Our guides are digital products. You get the full PDF right after you pay, and it can't be returned. So we don't offer refunds, except where the law requires one.
If your download doesn't work
If your file won't download or open, or your download link has expired or run out, email us at team@elitemindsprogram.com with your order number. You'll find it in your order email and on your order page. We'll send you a working copy.
If you were charged twice
If you were charged more than once for the same order, email us and we'll refund the extra charge.
Please email us before you dispute a charge
If something is wrong with your order, write to us first. We can usually fix it with one email. A dispute through your bank or card company takes weeks to resolve, and it slows things down for everyone, including you.
